A native Atlantan, has been surrounded by entrepreneurs for his entire life. He watched his grandfather build many successful businesses, his father amass a respectable real estate portfolio and his uncles manage a lucrative contractor business. Ramon began his entrepreneurial career as a teenager when he started his own lawn care service and car wash. He inked his first real estate deal as a freshman at Georgia State University where he earned his BS in Criminal Justice, and financed his entire college career, which includes a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Emory Law School, with the proceeds from his real estate investments. This visionary started out wanting to become the next Johnnie Cochran, but his passion for real estate was undeniable and continues to grow and intensify daily. Ramon is the proud father of five children and enjoys reading, sports, and travel. Ramon is a seasoned Real Estate Investor with over 25+ years of experience & licensed Real Estate agent who hangs his license with EXIT Realty Quality Solutions in Marietta, Georgia. He has mastered flipping houses, wholesaling, buy and holds, representing residential and commercial buyers and sellers, developing, project managing, and new construction. He has been involved in over 1k projects over his robust career. To satisfy his appetite and passion for teaching and philanthropy he introduced his 2- day, now 3-day, signature event, Flipology 101: The Bootcamp, as a medium by empowering others to utilize real estate as a viable wealth building vehicle. Flipology, which is a trademarked brand, is defined just as it sounds “The science of flipping houses”. During this intense learning experience he introduces his proven strategies and tactics, along with his entire team comprised of a closing attorney, credit specialist, real estate agent, lender, and other key players, to his students. The Flipology brand has since expanded to encompass other courses that focus on wholesaling, commercial wholesaling, buy & holds and passive income. Ramon is the author of Flipology 101: The Book, which is the real life instructional and semi-autobiographical journal of his experience of using the Flipology 101 formula. Many use this practical, easy to understand manual as a prerequisite to his signature event and as a reminder of what to do and what not to do, post-class. He has also published articles for local and national trade magazines/publications. From 2017-2019, he added one more medium to his educational and informational platform: radio! He and his team launched a weekly radio show, Flipology Radio: Late Night Real Estate Talk Show, where he featured guests who specialized in different aspects of his favorite topic: Real Estate! Other mediums that Ramon has launched and founded "Wealth Building", one-day, life changing event which reached beyond the strategy of real estate investing to include other wealth building strategies and tactics that helped attendees to held living a complete and wealthy life. The event slogan was to “Inspire wealthy thoughts! Learn wealthy tactics! Perform wealthy actions! And live a wealthy life!” For his birthday June 2018, he launched another groundbreaking platformed called The University of Wealth Building which is a storehouse of training modules, resources, and more for living a wealthy life! Ramon has been a featured speaker, expert panelist and moderator on several local and national platforms which include, Atlanta REIA, Empire REIA, NAREB, South Atlanta REIA, Realty 4-1-1, Think Realty, The Collaboration Tour, Ted Talks Buckhead, and more! Ramon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
